Policies & FAQ
  • MASKS: At this time facemasks are still required in all common areas around the property for Non-Vaccinated guests. Social distancing is still recommended. 
  • QUIET HOURS:  Start at 10 pm until 7 am; this prohibits loud noises in units, on the pool deck, in the cabana, and tennis courts.
  • PARKING: Vehicles must always have a visible parking pass provided upon check-in. Large vehicles and trailers must be parked in front of the tennis courts.
  • DAY VISITORS: We do not allow day visitors to utilize any of our amenities. All guests staying on property need to be identified upon check-in.
  • EARLY DEPARTURE: Guests departing before the original departure date will be subject to all nightly rates.
  • AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests renting a condo must be at least 25 years of age and check-in with a valid credit card matching the name on the reservation.
  • AVERAGE RATE All: Reservations are quoted as an average daily rate. Actual daily rates may vary. Changes made to a reservation may result in a change of rates and availability.
  • DEBIT/CHECK CARD: A credit card is required upon arrival for incidentals.
  • DEPOSIT: A deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be in the amount of the actual daily rate.
  • CANCEL/NO SHOW: No refunds for rain or overcast skies. Full refund on cancellations 15 days or more before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations within 14 days before your scheduled arrival will forfeit your entire deposit All new reservations must be paid in full 14 days in advance. Reservations cannot be moved unless a named storm/hurricane is projected. Reservations made during a holiday or special event require a 3-Night stay.
  • BALCONY RULES: While enjoying the view we ask that you keep the balcony railings free from personal articles. For your safety, outdoor cooking is not permitted on balconies. Any guest caught throwing items off their balcony will be asked to leave without refund.
  • CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-In – 3 pm Check Out – 11 am
  • EARLY DEPARTURE: Guests departing before the original departure date will be subject to all nightly rates.
  • EARLY ARRIVAL: We cannot guarantee an early arrival as our team needs adequate time to prepare the condo.

  • 1 Bedroom Deluxe 1-4 Guests
  • 2 Bedroom 1-6 Guests
  • 3 Bedroom 1-8 Guests
  • 5 Bedroom 1-14 Guests

We love pets, but are unable to accommodate pets on site. So please leave your furry family members at home when you stay with us.

  • Beach Chairs & Umbrella Reservations: Please call the Front Desk to reserve beach chairs & umbrella. $35 per set daily. All rentals that are not cancelled the night before your reservation will be charged the full amount.  Reservations may be cancelled due to bad weather by The Galvestonian without prior notice.
  • Grill and Picnic table Reservations: Please call the front desk for reservations. Reservations are for two hours and are complimentary.
  • Tennis Court Reservations: Please call the Front Desk to reserve Tennis Court. The reservations are for two hours and are complimentary.

The Galvestonian Resort does not allow the use of drones/remote controlled air devices on property. Please respect the privacy and safety of our guests by not operating such devices around the facility or around the beach.

Please Note: Our Pool & Spa will be closed for Maintenance 11/29/2021 to 12/20/2021

  • Hours of Operation: Pool – 7 am to 10 pm; Hot Tub Adult Hours – 7 am to 9 am & 8 pm to 10 pm.
  • No horseplay, balls or toys allowed in the pool at any time
  • No running around the pool or jumping into the pool.
  • No music ( headphones only)
  • Large inflatables in the pool are not allowed.
  • No inflatables are allowed in the Hot Tub.
  • Floatation devices for swim assistance, such as inflatables for infants or swim noodles, are allowed.
  • No glass allowed on the East deck or Pool deck at any time.
  • No drinking inside or around the pool.
  • No food allowed on the pool deck.
  • No children under six years of age allowed at any time in the hot tub
  • We are a non-smoking facility. However, we have two designated areas if you wish to smoke:
    • The area across the front entrance.
    • The picnic area on the lawn near the fire pit.
  • Anyone smoking in any condo including the balcony or any other non-designated areas will be subject to additional charges up to $250 for cleaning and may result in eviction from the property
