Policies & FAQ
  • QUIET HOURS:  Start at 10 pm until 7 am; this prohibits loud noises in units, on the pool deck, in the cabana, and tennis courts.
  • PARKING: Vehicles must always have a visible parking pass provided upon check-in. Large vehicles and trailers must be parked in front of the tennis courts.
  • DAY VISITORS: We do not allow day visitors to utilize any of our amenities. All guests staying on property need to be identified upon check-in.
  • EARLY DEPARTURE: Guests departing before the original departure date will be subject to all nightly rates.
  • AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests renting a condo must be at least 25 years of age and check-in with a valid credit card matching the name on the reservation.
  • AVERAGE RATE All: Reservations are quoted as an average daily rate. Actual daily rates may vary. Changes made to a reservation may result in a change of rates and availability.
  • DEBIT/CHECK CARD: A credit card is required upon arrival for incidentals.
  • DEPOSIT: A deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be in the amount of the actual daily rate.
  • CANCEL/NO SHOW: No refunds for rain or overcast skies. Full refund on cancellations 15 days or more before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations within 14 days before your scheduled arrival will forfeit your entire stay. All new reservations must be paid in full 14 days in advance. Reservations cannot be moved unless a named storm/hurricane is projected. Reservations made during a holiday or special event require a 3-Night stay.
  • BALCONY RULES: While enjoying the view we ask that you keep the balcony railings free from personal articles. For your safety, outdoor cooking is not permitted on balconies. Any guest caught throwing items off their balcony will be asked to leave without refund.
  • CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-In – 4 pm Check Out – 11 am
  • EARLY CHECK-IN: If the unit has been inspected and is ready, you may check in as early as 2pm if you pay the additional $25 fee per hour.
  • Guest who arrive before check in time and would like to use amenities will be charged the $25 fee per hour with a max of 2 hours before check in.
  • LATE CHECK-OUT: If a late check is needed, you must contact the front desk the day prior to your check out, no later than 10pm. Late check out will only be available if no one is arriving on your departure date. There will be a $25 fee per hour, with a max of 2 hours for late check outs.
  • FORCED CHECK-OUTS: If a guest were to fail on following the late check out protocol mentioned above,an automatic charge of $25 will be added to your bill.

  • Guest are to completely vacate the property once they have checked out. Guest are not allowed to stay after and use amenities.

We love pets, but are unable to accommodate pets on site. So please leave your furry family members at home when you stay with us.

  • Grill and Picnic table Reservations: Please call the front desk for reservations. Reservations are for two hours and are complimentary.
  • Beach Chair Rentals: Rentals are now with a 3rd party company called Sea La Vie. Call up until the night before by 5pm to reserve for the next day. Call up to 2 days before during the holidays. Their number is (409)457-9544 or you can go to their website sealaviegalveston.com.

The Galvestonian Resort does not allow the use of drones/remote controlled air devices on property. Please respect the privacy and safety of our guests by not operating such devices around the facility or around the beach.

  • Hours of Operation: Pool – 7 am to 10 pm; Hot Tub Adult Hours – 7 am to 9 am & 8 pm to 10 pm.
  • There are no Lifeguards attending the Pool and Hot Tub. Please remember you are responsible for your safety and that of your guest.
  • Food is not permitted on the pool deck including at the tables/chairs. There are tables and chairs located in the cabana area or the east side of the deck for you to enjoy a meal or snack.
  • For the safety of all guests and owners, glass of any kind is discouraged outside of the condo. Glass is not permitted on the pool deck.
  • Drinks are permitted in the hot tub but not in the pool. Please enjoy your favorite beverage at one of our many poolside tables. Ice chest are not permitted on the pool deck.
  • Play it safe: diving, ball throwing, running, jumping and horseplay are not permitted in or around the pool and pool deck.
  • Water toys, balls, large floats, and the like are not permitted in the pool or hot tub. Small kids may use floatation devices for swim assistance.
  • Proper swim wear is required while in the pool and hot tub. Little swimmers can be found at the front desk.
  • All children under 16 must accompanied by an adult. Due to health and safety concerns no children under 6 are to enter the hot tub.
  • Guest who are pregnant, have health conditions, medical or age- related concerns should consult a physician before entering the hot tube and then proceed with caution.
  • Please enjoy your favorite music while at the pool with headphones only.
  • Speakers are not permitted in the pool or on the pool deck.
  • For your safety: Climbing, jumping or sitting on patio tables, pool deck railing, and pool pump room are prohibited.
  • We hope that you will enjoy the deck, pool and hot tub during your visit. We have plenty umbrellas to escape the sun yet still enjoy both pool and ocean view!
  • We are a non-smoking facility. However, we have two designated areas if you wish to smoke:
    • The area across the front entrance.
    • The picnic area on the lawn near the fire pit.
  • Anyone smoking in any condo including the balcony or any other non-designated areas will be subject to additional charges up to $250 for cleaning and may result in eviction from the property
