Due to the increase in Covid-19 cases, housekeeping will no longer enter your unit during your stay.

Fresh towels can be delivered to your unit between 9 am and 3 pm, but someone will need to be there to exchange fresh towels with used towels.

For stays longer than 5 nights, you may request full-service cleaning by calling the front desk.

Our Resort is open and taking new reservations. We can’t wait to see you!

Our Continuing Commitment to COVID 19 Safety

We love to have you and your family back to our beachfront gem. Our commitment to sanitation and cleanliness continues to improve with a safe environment that aligns with CDC and World Health Organization guidelines.
Our Housekeeping team has adopted new standards in cleaning practices, and we want to be sure you feel safe during your stay. We are known for going above and beyond our standard cleaning and disinfecting protocols. Here are some examples:

 Public Spaces

Our dedicated staff is cleaning and disinfecting surfaces with recommended cleaning agents that are EPA approved.

Hand Sanitizer Stations

We have installed hand sanitizing stations in high traffic areas. We will add more stations as products become available.
Social Distancing
Signage in public spaces will remind our guests to maintain social distancing. We have added sneeze guards at the front desk to provide an extra level of protection for our guests, owners, and staff.


We have elevated our rigorous protocols to clean and sanitize all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants. We will be placing disinfecting wipes in each room for your use as they become available.

In-room Services

In-room services have been suspended to protect you and our staff. Please schedule in-room service before your arrival by calling the Front Desk at 409-765-6161. The unit must be vacant during service.

Waste Pick Up

All waste will be picked up between the hours of 1:00 p.m. through 3 p.m. Thursday through Sunday. Trash refuse is located on the west side of each elevator, floors 1 through 12. They are labeled “refuse.”


Only one family representative should come into the lobby to check-in or check-out.

Check-out time

Our check-out time is now 11:00 a.m. this is to allow our Housekeeping staff more time for cleaning and sanitizing rooms. Check-in is still 3:00 p.m. hours only.

Our Cancellation Policy

We will allow full changes or cancellations without a charge up to 24 hours before arrival as long as your cancellation is made by June 30th.
